Background/Purpose:  Connect students, professors, and other members of the lean community interested in lean in higher education.



Hello Lean Learners!

The Cal Poly attendees at the LEI VLX2020 – Virtual Lean Learning Experience  would like to invite anyone involved, or interested, in improving lean in higher education to a VLX Academic Get Together this Friday, November 6th, 10:00-11:30am Pacific (1:00-2:30pm Eastern).  We will be using facilitation techniques adapted from Liberating Structures and the virtual whiteboard program Miro to  explore the following questions:

1.     What is your connection/concern with respect to lean in higher education?

2.     How can we better teach lean in universities?

3.     What big ideas do we have for teaching lean in higher education?

Prompt:  If we were ten times bolder, what would we do?

11:25-11:30                Wrap-up, thanks, Next Steps?

11:30-11:45                Hang-out for post meeting chat and networking.
