Thinkinars

Updated: Jun 18, 2020

Our next experiment in building a community of lean practice on the Central Coastis to offer a series of compact, high value mini webinars from outstanding lean thinkers. We ask some well-known thinkers in the lean world to identify some core elements of their philosophy and approach. They then turn them into a series of short (10-minute max), approachable video presentations to help you and your organization make more and better progress in your lean journey.

First up in the series are six Short Stops: Ten-minute insights to boost your organization’s strategic advantage from Beau Keyte, lean thinker, consultant, author and frequent visitor to our Central Coast wine region. Beau has been a keynote speaker at past Central Coast Lean Summits and has taken a couple of turns as Lead Coach for our Lean Coaching Café. Abstracts for each of the Short Stops is included HERE

Welcome to your blog post. Use this space to connect with your readers and potential customers in a way that’s current and interesting. Think of it as an ongoing conversation where you can share updates about business, trends, news, and more.

Schedule Zoom link https://calpoly.zoom.us/j/215381714 Here is how we are going to make this work:

  1. Sign up for one or more of the Monday, free live Thinkinars at this Google form https://forms.gle/MkzZ9aMHRqJ8iPqT6 We will be using Zoom. There will only be about 10-minutes of content sandwiched between a brief introduction and an optional post session (30 minutes max total) where reactions and follow-up questions are captured.

  2. We will post the Lean Thinkinar on YouTube for viewing by yourself or others you want to share it with.

  3. The following Friday, before the next Thinkinar, we will hold a live Zoom 60-minute Follow-Up where questions can be addressed, and folks can share feedback on initial pilots of their application of the thinking.

  4. Adjust as necessary based on participant reaction and feedback.

  5. Continue to cycle through all six Short Stops.

  6. Reflect and capture learning before going into the next series.

Note: CCL is committed to better online meetings. Come expecting something different, to learn, and be engaged. We seek to eliminate the Eighth Waste – wasted worker knowledge and creativity. We hope this adds value to your lean practice. Be safe! We got this. Cheers, Eric Olsen Director of Central Coast Lean and Lean Thinkinar Host Lean Thinkinar Agenda Outline [30 minutes max]
