I am the Innovation Officer in the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) on Vandenberg Space Force Base. My role is to drive and facilitate innovation within our organization. I’m responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategies, and implementing initiatives that foster creativity, problem-solving, and the adoption of new technologies. I work closely with cross-functional teams to encourage collaboration and create an environment that supports experimentation

and risk-taking. My goal is to help our organization stay ahead of the curve, adapt to changing market trends, and find innovative solutions to challenges. By promoting a culture of innovation, I aim to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance our competitive advantage in the market. I retired from the Air Force with 21 years of service and have been in Civil Service for about 16 years. Within that time, I’ve worked as an Instructional Systems Specialist, Manpower Analyst and now work in the DTO as the Innovation Officer.
