About The Event
Assess the Current State and Plan for the Future
Live - in person and virtual
Objective: Review the current activities and performance of Central Coast Lean and gather input and suggestions for the coming year(s).
Approach: In this 2.0-hour, in person and virtual meeting we will have an open discussion using Liberating Structures to level the playing field and unleash creative energy. Bring a laptop and your best thinking.
Target Audience: Central Coast Lean Advisory Board Members and leaders of organizations in the CCL community engaged, or considering engagement, in a lean transformation.
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA and online via Zoom
Length: 2 hours, 4:00 – 6:00pm (followed by a an opportunity to socialize and network)
