1. What exactly is a Hobnob?

Hobnob is a casual, low-pressure community gathering. It's an opportunity to unwind from the week, engage in interesting conversations, and connect with a diverse group of people. The key elements are ease and simplicity.

2. Who can attend?

Everyone is welcome! Friends, neighbors, colleagues, and family members of all ages are invited. We've had attendees ranging from professors and doctors to students and toddlers.

3. What should I bring?

Bring yourself, a beverage of your choice, and a simple snack to share. Think easy-to-serve items like chips, veggies, or crackers. Remember, simplicity is key!

4. Is alcohol required?

Not at all! While some enjoy alcoholic beverages, many prefer water, soda, or other non-alcoholic options. All beverage choices are welcomed and respected.

5. How long does it last?

Our timeframe is 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Feel free to drop in at any time during this window, even if just for a quick hello.

6. How often do Hobnobs occur? 

We aim to host Hobnobs every 3-4 weeks, depending on our schedule and availability of guest hosts.

7. Can I host a Hobnob?

Absolutely! We love when others host. It brings fresh energy and helps expand our community. Let us know if you're interested, and we can help spread the word.

8. What if I can only attend occasionally? 

No problem! Hobnob is designed to accommodate both regular and occasional attendees. Come when you can – there's no attendance requirement.

9. Are children welcome? 

Yes! Hobnob is a family-friendly event. Children often enjoy interacting with the diverse group of attendees.

10. What's the dress code? 

Hobnob is a "come as you are" event. Wear whatever makes you comfortable. We keep our home at a comfortable temperature, but feel free to bring a layer if you tend to get chilly.

11. Can I invite others? 

Absolutely! If you know someone who might enjoy Hobnob, feel free to bring them along. The more, the merrier!
