Humbly Show Respect for People
Define Value from the Customer's Perspective

Approach: This dynamic 7.5-hour hybrid workshop combines theory with hands-on application through four intensive 90-minute sessions. Using the Shingo Model as our framework (Cultural Enablers → Continuous Improvement → Enterprise Alignment), participants experience lean concepts through:
Interactive simulations (including the eye-opening envelope stuffing exercise)
Liberating Structures that engage everyone equally
