Objective:
Learn to apply Toyota Kata principles to drive a scientific approach to process improvement in any organization.
Purpose:
This workshop integrates Toyota Kata methodology into a team-based, problem-solving framework. Participants will gain a common approach rooted in the scientific method to drive continuous improvement. The program combines learning with practice to build practical skills for lean facilitators, team leaders, and associates.
Approach:
This intensive 7.5-hour workshop offers a blend of theory and hands-on practice. Participants will:
Learn the fundamentals of Toyota Kata, experimentation, and problem-solving
Develop strategies for implementing Kata in their operations
Receive expert guidance to create actionable follow-up plans
Organizations can send individuals or teams to foster collaborative learning. This learn-by-doing approach provides a solid foundation for successful event-based process improvement.

Target Audience:
Managers and associates at all levels. Prior exposure to lean and six sigma concepts is beneficial. Experienced practitioners can provide mentorship to those newer to lean methodologies.
