Each Learning Topic session includes:

  • 30 minutes maximum lecture time

  • 60 minutes minimum facilitated activity

  • Interactive engagement beyond standard Q&A

​The 16th annual Central Coast Lean Summit returns to San Luis Obispo on April 17-18, 2025, exploring "The Future of People at Work." This innovative hybrid conference combines in-person and virtual experiences, hosting 50-70 on-site attendees and 15-25 remote participants. The Summit features seven 90-minute Lean Learning Topics, each blending concise lectures with hands-on activities. Led by industry experts, these interactive sessions move beyond traditional Q&A to engage participants in practical application and meaningful dialogue. The summit culminates in an Open Space session where attendees can form working groups to continue conversations within the Future of People at Work community. Current confirmed speakers include Eric Olsen, Scott Gauvin, and Rachel Reuter, with opportunities available for additional topic facilitators. The intimate setting fosters deep learning and valuable networking opportunities. This user-centered format reflects the evolving nature of professional development in our hybrid work environment.
